Situation, Obstacle, Advice Tarot Spread: Untangle One Stuck Problem
This three-card spread separates the problem from the thing making it difficult and from a response you can try, which is why it works well for a specific impasse.
Do not let the obstacle become a personality label
The obstacle can be missing information, timing, fear, a boundary, a practical constraint, or a habit. It is not automatically a flaw in you or another person.
Translate advice into one experiment
If the advice card suggests patience, define what waiting is for. If it suggests action, decide what action is proportionate. A useful spread ends with a test, not an instruction to become a different person overnight.
Shrink “the situation” to one scene
Choose a meeting, deadline, recurring exchange, or decision. If the first position tries to summarize your whole life, the obstacle and advice will become equally vague.
Know when the obstacle needs expertise
A legal restriction, health concern, financial exposure, or safety risk calls for facts and qualified help. The card can clarify your response; it cannot determine the actual risk.
