Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Tarotalk, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and, when you make a payment, the Purchase Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and security
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Minors may use Tarotalk only with a parent or guardian’s knowledge and permission where allowed by law. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell customer support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Nature of the service
Tarotalk provides tarot cards, AI tarot interpretations, reader-style interactions, prompts, saved history, and related content. Readings are for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration. They do not determine fate or replace your judgment or qualified medical, legal, financial, investment, mental-health, or crisis support.
4. AI tarot interpretation
Tarot card interpretation services are performed by AI. The current AI service is supported by DeepSeek. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for evaluating it and for any action you take.
Tarotalk does not promise a particular outcome, predictive accuracy, or access to another person’s private thoughts. The AI service and supporting provider may change as the product develops; material changes to the handling of personal information will be reflected in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or malicious activity. You may not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, probe non-public systems, scrape non-public data, impersonate others, or use Tarotalk to make high-stakes decisions for another person without their consent.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, plan benefits, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew and charge the payment method on file unless canceled before the next renewal date. The Purchase Terms form part of these terms and explain payment, cancellation, and refund conditions in more detail.
7. Intellectual property and your content
Tarotalk and its interfaces, text, images, reader characters, brand assets, software, and designs are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or written authorization, you may not copy, distribute, adapt, sell, or use them to build a competing service.
You keep rights you have in content you submit. You give Tarotalk the limited permission needed to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services and availability
The service may depend on third-party AI, hosting, payment, analytics, advertising, or security providers. We work to keep Tarotalk available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. Maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, provider failures, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tarotalk at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tarotalk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that readings will be accurate or meet a particular purpose. Tarotalk and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. We will post a new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless the law permits and you are appropriately informed.
